The fifth alpha test for upcoming MMORPG Mad World, starts next week and there’s a brand new trailer showing off some of the bosses and dungeons awaiting testers. The alpha will begin on February 23 at 1:30 GMT and run through February 28 at 9 AM GMT.
In the upcoming alpha test there will be 18 new elite monsters, more than 30 new skills, two new dungeons, and five new bosses, Jandisoft has announced. The MMO is subtitled Age of Darkness, and it follows a major event long ago that changed the world and filled it with monsters and danger. The game features a full story that is centered around trying to find hope in despair, although the world is dark and full of danger.
The updated teaser shows some of the fierce and creepy bosses and monsters awaiting in the darkness. It's also the first real look we get of the game's dungeons too. It remains to be seen just how these dark encounters play out in the final story and release, but players can help the team test the game with the new features and additions that will be announced in the coming days.
Those interested in alpha test 5.0 will be able to sign up on the website and register an account. You will automatically apply for alpha that way and also be able to test if you’ve done so in a previous round.
The final release will be playable in HTML5 across any platform you can get a browser on. There will be more information ahead of the alpha test and just what to expect and what the changes and content added for the new round of alpha tests will be. With the testing starting in just one week, that information should be out very soon.
